As the owner and head fit coach at BFNJ, I would like to personally welcome you to your new home sweat home filled with knowledgable and inspiring fit coaches as well as an awesome BeFitFam.
Over the past 30 years being a fit coach has given me many things but the greatest gift has been the people it has brought and continues to bring into my life. My goal is to make sure fitness does the same for you.
In September 2013, BFNJ was founded to provide a challenging, unique atmosphere where like minded individuals could break free of their comfort zone and get into the best shape of thier life both mentally and physically.
​Greatness is within those willing to ditch excuses and work for what they want.
To be totally boss-some you must be willing to do whatever it takes to reach your goals.
