I am a diabetic and I always wanted to join a gym or some sort of fitness program, but got discouraged due to the high cost, and lack off personal interaction with a trainer. I came across one of the flyers through my daughter's kindergaten class and started attending bootcamp and pilates classes in october of 2010! I'm going at least 3 times a week, and sometimes twice a day! I weighed 168 lbs, and was a size 14 pants. My a1c was 8. After 3 months of working out and getting motivated by Cheryl's and everyonelse's enthusiasm, I went back to my endocronlogist before the holidays and I am happy to say that this is one of best presents I could have given myself ever! I lost 4 lbs, 2 pants sizes and I lost around 2 1/2 inches all around and my A1c is a 7!!!!! My doctor is very pleased with the number and hopes that at my next appointment my number is going to be even better! I might not win the war against diabetes , but I will slow it down! I will keep coming back to class!

My sister and I took her Saturday morning Bootcamp Class three years ago and have been taking her classes every since. However you just don't take a class with Cheryl. You build a relationship. Whether you are new to exercising or have been exercising for years, Cheryl gives each one in her class the attention they need to see results. I love the energy she brings to class, her compassion, her dedication...she truly loves what she does and it shows. Everyone should have some type of exercise in their life and taking one of Cheryl's classes is a great first step and if you already exercise on a regular basis. Cheryl will push you to the core. You won't be disappointed...maybe sore but never disappointed. I'm only disappointed when I can't make it to her class.
Kathy said: March 18th, 2010 2:12 pm. Yesterday I celebrated my 2 year anniversary at Pilates sessions with Cheryl. I feel better than I have in 20 years! I am very strong and have tons of energy. My doctor noticed a difference in my heart rate and my blood pressure is low. I am 61 years old and wearing sleeveless clothes this summer! THANKS CHERYL!

After having my 3rd child it was hard loosing the weight but bootcamp has helped me alot and its because Cheryl she is great she keeps u going and motivated!!!Love Bootcamp!!!

When I started working out with Cheryl a year and a half ago,
I was 20 pounds overweight,
had high blood pressure, and was depressed.
Getting in shape wasn't easy, but I did it with an energetic, always upbeat instructer who really knows her stuff.
We always have fun while we build muscle and burn fat.

I just started coming to boot camp class after an online search for Pilate's led me to this place about 3 months ago Cheryl is great and so motivating I am feeling stronger and in better shape all the time great classes killer work outs and lots of fun!! ..D. Teachen
My first boot camp was hard n I felt the burn within minutes. Everyone was friendly n was welcoming. Even though I was new Cheryl really made me feel comfortable n not bad when I couldn't do certain things. I signed up for a month an cant wait to see the results!... Leandra Sofia
